Notes:

- Those who want to submit their full manuscripts to the SPIE Library need to pay an additional 1000RMB per paper.

- The early bird discount will be valid until May 1, 2026 23:59 Beijing Time (UTC/GMT +8.00). Please note that you can only get the discount if you pay the fee before or on May 1. Once this date has passed, even if you register, you are not entitled to enjoy the discount.

- Please be aware that the student rate is applicable only to those who have student status. Student rate will not be applied for students who have a full-time job.

- Please wait for the page to redirect after payment; otherwise, the payment status may not update correctly. Staff will verify the payment and update your status if necessary. Please do not make duplicate payments.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Please note that for administrative reasons, refund will be made after the conference.

- An official writing to the Secretariate of POEM 2026 by email is required.

- Any phone application will not be accepted.
