Dear speakers, participants and friends,

Considering the current circumstances caused by the recent spread of Covid-19, in order to facilitate a safe and effective participation of our speakers, the Organizing Committees have decided to postpone POEM 2022 to December 18-20, 2022. We take public health guidelines seriously, and the well-being of our national community are our most important priorities.

Unless you withdraw your proposal, we intend to keep the previous programme, adapting it to the new dates. The updated schedule will be released soon.

Once again, we sincerely appreciate your support and patience for the 14th International Photonics and Optoelectronics Meetings. Please stay healthy and take good care of you and your loved ones.

鉴于近期国内新冠疫情多点散发的复杂形势，为营造更安全有效的参会体验，会议组委会经慎重考虑与协调后决定，将第14届国际光子与光电子学会议延期至2022年12月18-20日举行（18日报到），会议地点与组织形式不变。
