Best Student Paper Award

To be eligible for the award, the student must be the first author of the paper and is required to declare his/her candidature during online abstract submission and give oral presentation at the conference by himself/herself. The selection will be made by the subcommittees during the conference, and the Award will be granted at the Award Ceremony in the evening of December 19.

Best Poster Award

To be eligible for the award, the first author of the paper is required to declare his/her candidature during online abstract submission, and give the presentation in the Poster Session by himself/herself. The selection will be made by the subcommittees during the Session, and the Award will be granted at the Award Ceremony in the evening of December 19.

Before Your Poster Presentation

Authors are required to stand by their posters for discussion and Q&A during the Poster Session. Make sure that your mobile phone number and email address are printed on the poster, which will be used by conference staff for contacting the winners of the Best Poster Award. After the Session, authors are required to remove their posters properly. Posters not removed after 18:00, December 19 will be discarded.

Recommended Poster Size: 0.8m (length)*1.2m (height)

• 请张贴报告作者于12月15日前，在会议官网下载海报模板，将电子版海报发送至大会邮箱(poem@hust.edu.cn)，邮件命名为“姓名+单位+分会”。会务组届时将在线统一展示。

• 优秀张贴报告评选将于12月20日下午在线举行，参评作者需准备3分钟在线口头展示（2-3页PPT），评委将根据海报内容与口头展示表现综合评选出优秀张贴海报。需要参与优秀张贴报告奖项评选的作者，烦请于12月12日前回复本邮件（回复时请备注稿件编号），以便会务组安排报告日程，未回复默认为不参与优秀张贴报告评选。

• 未参与张贴展示的张贴海报文章将不予全文发表。
